Pumpkin Chunkin....

I know you thought you've heard them all, but have you heard about pumpkin cannons? 

Since 1986, new cannon designs have emerged for the sole purpose of shooting a pumpkin for distance. Pumpkins must weigh between 8 and 10 lbs.  Special events are held at several locations all over the United States.  Visit some of the web sites  listed below to learn more about this sport.  Check out one in your area!  The "World" event drew 30,000 visitors!
