cigarette lighters (& ash trays)
Even within the lighter family, there are
different methods to produce the flame. The most common is by a small friction wheel that
rubs against a flint to produce the spark. The spark then ignites the gas, or the fuel on
the wick. Some are automatic, a simple push of a button opens a "trap door" to
expose the wick, and at the same time creating a spark. "Sorta like a
regular lighter..." Today, there are a dozen different types of
cannon lighters, mostly butane types.
Military
There are many military pins. metals, belt buckles, patches etc., that have been used for many years by different countries that depict cannon. Primarily all are Army, artillery units.
