WASA GUN DECK

Wasa Battle Station by Corel

The Wasa was Swedish war ship which sank on it maiden voyage in 1628.  It was salvaged and preserved and is on display in Stockholm Sweden.  It's a incredible museum!

You'll recreate a section of the bulwark with portions of the main deck, battery deck and hull structure. Wooden parts of walnut, beech, tanganyka and mahogany are pre-cut. Ornamentation, cannon, carriage and firing equipment are all faithfully reproduced in cast metal. Fittings such as rings, eyebolts, hinges, chain and nails are brass. Photo-etched brass is used for lantern, powder flask, swords, nameplate and other intricate details.

Corel's Wasa Battle Station kit also includes printed flag, three diameters of rigging line, clearly drawn plans and assembly instructions.
