Easy assembly! 9 pieces.  The carriage and wheels are made in aluminum, the barrel is bronze.

You can assemble the cannon as is, or you can file, polish and paint it.  All the holes have been properly aligned, drilled and tapped.   The barrel is bored .38 inches, however it is not vented.  You can add the fuse hole (at the end of the bore) by drilling a 3/32 inch hole with a hand drill.  The end result will be as good as your time and effort spent assembling the kit.
