Cannon-Mania was recently contacted to supply a cannon for the TV show, Extreme Makeover Home Edition.

The scene was such that they wanted to use a cannon to "Blow up" a house that was to be demolished and a new one built on the same spot.  In actuality, the house was wired with pyrotechnical effects and the cannon was loaded with a blank charge.  The house was previously, severely damage by fire.

We arrived on scene at 6:30am.  During the scene layout, it was decided the Cannon-Mania cannon supplied was too small, they elected to use a standby, larger homemade "funny" cannon.  In any case, we had a great time and helped out with the pyrotechnical effects.  Aside from meeting some of the shows stars, crew and dozens of volunteers we were given a couple of their famous T-shirts!

This episode aired October 14.
